who am i?
I am a NOC Engineer with a background in Computer Science and Technology and experience in IT support.
I develop CLI tools and back-end applications with Python and PHP, work with Zabbix, SolarWinds, and BroadSoft voice management, and speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese with basic English communication skills.
